  • Work at E.W. Scripps as a User Experience Designer for their interactive newspapers.
  • Used Django to develop a classifieds site, trivia game, Facebook application, and college basketball tournament game for The University Daily Kansan.
  • Began working with Django via the Ellington CMS in 2005 while at The University Daily Kansan.
Personal and education info
  • Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs. Not a day goes by where I don't crave Chicago deep dish pizza and hot dogs.
  • Graduated from The University of Kansas with a degree in Visual Communications.
  • Live in Knoxville, TN where the scenery is inspiring but it costs $50 to have Chicago deep dish delivered.
  • Play pick-up basketball to burn calories and satisfy competitive tendencies.
